Aesthetic epoxy bonded stone-carpet with over 40 years of experience
The Stone-Line Indoor has a very attractive and functional high gloss appearance. This 6 to 8 mm thick flooring system has proven itself for over 40 years and is renowned for its coloured quartz that we, at Quartzline, colour with an aliphatic polyurethane colourant in over 150 colours and other special colours available on request.
Stone-Line Indoor is available in three different grain sizes, namely 1-2 mm, 2-3 mm and 3-4 mm. Mixtures between these grain sizes also are possible on request.
The Binder TP E30 system is specially formulated by Quartzline making it different to other more traditional systems,
This hardener needs only 30 parts to 100 parts of resin as opposed to the normal 50 to 100 for standard grade binder systems.
This results in high transparency and a spotless high gloss finish, low sensitivity to carbamation, low yellowing tendency compared to traditional systems and optimal workability.
Due to the viscosity of the system a good balance between sufficient binder between the stones and the drip off to the substrate is achieved to ensure good bonding.
