PUCEM HF Trowel system

The Eurostep PUCEM HF trowel system is a floor finish of 8-12 mm that consists of a combination of polyurethane and cement. The PUCEM HF trowel system is often used in the industrial sector.

• The PUCEM HF trowel system is wear-resistant and heavy-duty
• The infill material provides anti-slip making it safe to walk on a wet floor.
• PUCEM HF is liquid-tight and has excellent resistance to chemicals, oils and solvents
• The seamless finish also provides an easy-to-clean surface that is hygienic
• Extremely heat resistant and can therefore withstand hot water
• Can be lubricated under a slope
• The PUCEM HF trowel system adheres directly to the substrate and can be applied in one go without a primer

• For the technical description, see: TDS
• Follow the manual for optimal application of PUCEM HF.
Pay particular attention to this (the manual in a nutshell)!
1. Clean and degrease the surface thoroughly. Do not apply the product at a floor temperature below 15° Celsius.
2. The cement veil disappears by (diamond) sanding or blasting.
3. Pour the A-component into a bucket and add the pigment paste.
4. Then add the entire contents of the B component to the A component and the pigment.
5. Mix for 30 seconds until a homogeneous mixture.
6. Add the filler and mix thoroughly for 1 minute until a lump-free mixture is formed.
7. Pour the mixture and spread it evenly over the subfloor with a floor trowel. Always pour the entire contents of the bucket at once to prevent a rapid reaction of material in the bucket.
8. Roll with a nylon fleece roller to roll away the application marks from the floor trowel.
9. Once the PUCEM HF has been applied, the floor must harden for approximately 10 hours.

Ideal for:

  • Chemical industry
  • Food industry
  • Production areas
